Geocache Description:

Easy and good for kids. (Watch them carefully along the road if you walk) Playground equipment near the first stop and ice cream on the way to number 2. Ice Cream shop is open from mid March until December or so....

Part one: Read the date on the monument at the coordinates listed above.

Part two:
The container is a screw top powdered drink mix container. It is not a micro, but will hold a limited supply of goodies. Consider parting with your smaller trinkets today. I recommend heading west along 724 about a block and stopping in for some ice cream. (Don't be a Turkey and settle for the first spot you see) Take a pencil and grab an extra napkin or two for your calculations. Also allow some time to read the walls. You will understand what I mean if you stop.
Now the fun part... Subtract 1419 from the date that was on the stone. Take 14.74% of that number and divide it by 1000, then add that to the minutes of the original Latitude coordinate. The rest of your number (85.26%) should be divided by 1000 and added to the minutes of Longitude. After you are refreshed and have checked your work you may continue to the final cache.
A final approach from the north or east avoids a high narrow walk over water.
