Geocache Description:

Carol Ryrie Brink wrote the historical novel "Buffalo Coat" about the 1901 murder of Dr. William Watkins in Moscow.

The unquiet life of a university town around the fin de siècle is factionalized by local author Carol Ryrie Brink, who won the Newbery Medal in 1936 for "Caddie Woodlawn."

Dr. William Watkins, Carol Brink's grandfather, was 55 years old when he was shot by William Steffen. To log this multi-virtual cache, email the answers to these questions.
