Geocache Description:

I decided to set a cache here as you can get a very nice mountainous view but mostly to remember the people who died near here, who were injured, and the ones left to love them still. This is Steamboat Hill.

This is a very easy cache to find. There is a lot of parking as well but careful when coming off or going on to the highway. The coords to park somewhere in the area are 49°27.861N and 115°27.858W. Once you have located the cache go toward the highway and take a wee look at all the crosses baring the names of some people who have passed away due to accidents on Steamboat Hill. The container is the usual 3.5 litre tupperware. Yup I bought some more. Container got changed a while back to a smaller lock n lock. Yup I bought a bunch of those too. The starting contents are: Bag o' glass critters (turtle, dog, chicken, pig) Bath salts Bird necklace Brown change purse Canadian Geocoin Duck candle Emerald/diamond pendant (fake) Frank Bonham western book (Night Raid) Geocaching pin Penguin Pink candle Plastic #4 Red octopus Stick-on decorative lights Wee surprise Kinder toy Log book and pencils You'll know you found the cache when you see something spooky looking on top of it, or around is such as the case may be.
