Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
Cache is on an island off a pretty part of the Brittany coast near
the French town of Tregastel. The island can be reached on foot at
low tide only. If you plan to go on foot (rather than windsurfer /
boat / canoe) buy a tide timetable from a local newsagent otherwise
you risk being caught on the island when the tide comes in.
Container is a clear plastic (tupperware) box with a bright red
lid. Contents are a couple of pencils, a chocolate brownie (you
deserve it if you manage to find the cache but find it quick or it
won't be edible!), a pack of tissues, some after sun lotion, a log
sheet and pen.
Cache owner's note regarding maintenance:
"Jacques and I are part of a group of windsurfers who come
regularly to this part of brittany. I will get one of the guys to
check on the cache from time to time if I can't get to it
myself."
