Difficulty rating is 1 star (very easy to find), Terrain rating is 2 star (not wheelchair accessible). No climbing equip. needed/keep BOTH feet on the ground.
For a different view of the city, check out the Barriefield Rock Garden. It is just accross the Hwy from RMC & Fort Henry. The paths are well marked with some stairs to climb.
