Geocache Description:

The cache can be found beside a public footpath to the East of Blackmore village in Essex.

You are looking for an ammo can.
Contents include:
Stencil kit. Bungy cord.
A Chicken. Hoof pick.
Steel ruler. Mane combe.
Z cards - Motorbikes.
And a log book.

The walk takes you along a small section of the much longer St Peters way, stretching some 45miles from Chipping Ongar to St Peters flat nr Bradwell, on the Essex coast.

We recommend parking in the village, there are side roads and the village hall has a large car park.
But be advised that it is a good 3/4mile walk to the cache and the same distance back.
So allow yourself the required time.
You need to find a leaning concrete footpath signpost in the Chelmsford Rd, just up from the ponds.
There is a small layby opposite "you may be lucky".
Route is very well waymarked.
The track passing the cache is also used for horse riding so be discreet if you hear the distant clip clopping of hoofs.
Pick a nice evening and enjoy.
