On of the rangers at Flaming Gorge told me about this location! It is the first fire lookout tower built in the State of Utah the only one still standing! The cache is located at the top of the tower. My questions are from the plaque at the parking lot below:
1) According the the sign, what is the elevation of the tower?
2) What year was the tower completed?
If the tower is open, it provides a wonderful view of the entire area.
