Located on Savannas Preserve State Park
This cache is in a new recreation area on the Savannas Preserve State Park (Jensen Beach Blvd). There is a large parking area with covered picnic tables. The park closes at sunset. The cache is in a standard Rubbermaid container and started with squirt guns, erasers, small American Flag, pool squishy ball, carpenters pencil, rawhide chew for other geo-dogs and log book. It’s approximately a 3/4 mile hike to the cache on a trail that can be a little rough in some areas, if there have been heavy rains recently some parts of the trail may be flooded and impassable, or at least a little swampy. There is no tree cover in this area so make sure to bring plenty of water on a hot day.
Take a Cache In, Trash Out film canister (contains a bag) then refill it and pass it on.
