Another interesting overlook of the city in Rock Springs.
The cache is hidden up in a rocky area in the heart of the sprawling Rock Springs up on College Hill. It is another view of the area from a different perspective.
The cache is a plastic peanut container. The hardest part may be deciding where to park and where to walk to it from. It is more difficult if you hike straight up or easier with a longer trek if you walk from on top somewhere.
