This cache is Located at the bottom of an ancient lake shaped like a horse shoe.
Long ago this place must have held water of some sort. Either an ancient lake or even a glacier. Now its just a big hole in the ground, serving double duty as an unlisted target range!
At the bottom you will find a few petrified tree stumps that may be of interest.
