The park was once an anti-aircraft defense sites during the Cold War-era for Washington, DC's. I discovered it doing a virtual cache (Cold War Echoes: Nike Site W-83L ((WGS84))
While doing the virtual cache (Cold War Echoes: Nike Site W-83L ((WGS84)), I noticed that the person who placed the cache was willing to archive if someone wanted to put a traditional cache. I decided to take him up on it, but once I hid the cache realized that it was far enough away that they both could be out. So 2 possible finds in the same park.

The cache is a small round 3.5”X 3,5” Tupperware container. It is a small container with a logbook and miniature items in it.
Once you find it please cover up and camouflage as you found it, so the next person can have some fun.
