I know that there are numerous headgates in the Imperial Valley, but this one is rather special.
How about a Headgate without any water? In order to get credit for this one you need to E-mail me the names of the 3 agencies that built the monument. When you find it, you will immediately understand why it is a virtual and not a traditional cache.
