Rocket View Cache Traditional Cache
TSchaal: Time to put this one to bed as the cache seems to have deteriated to the point of no longer being viable. Will try to place a new cache here in the coming weeks.

JANUARY 24, 2005 - The cache was vandalized but has been put back together by some fellow geocachers. However, the log book and pen have gone missing. If you visit this cache before I get a change to put in a new pen and log book, please bring one and put it in the cache. Thanks!
Nice park with a good view of the Southbay - and a space age slide! Cache is well hidden (you will need to 'muck' around some of the vegetation to find it) and the path to it is a bit steep.
NOTE: The cache is on the park side of the fence. Do not go over or through the fence into any one's backyard. That is private property and the homeowners should be given your utmost respect.
Also, please be careful when walking down the hill - this area is a bit 'junky' and there may be some broken bottles and jagged glass. Best to wear a good pair of closed toe shoes.
The cache is a frosted plastic box that is 4" x 4" x 1". It is enclosed in a clear sandwich bag for protection. It is well hidden. Be careful when you open it - because of its design the contents can quite easily spill out.
Please be sure and put the cache back hidden where you found it.
It was a bit overcast/foggy when I was taking my readings so they could be off...I could not get a true WAAS read but the reads I did get were pretty consistent regardless of how I approached the hiding spot. If you get reads drastically different from mine please let me know - I will update the coordinates if need be.
Be careful going up/down the hill to the cache, it is a little bit steep - but not too bad.
