This is an off-set cache with a twist. Part I is a sort of virtual cache. Part II is a traditional cache.
Posted coordinates will take you to a very interesting site in the Albany area where you will find information to calculate the coordinates to Part II - a traditional cache box with trade items and a log book

A = Numbers of letters in 2 word name MINUS 1
B = Tens digit of birth year (remember place values from middle school)
C = Day of Birth MINUS 29
D = Number of letters in birth country
E = Tens digit i day of birth
F = Same as B - tens digit of birth year
