We placed this cache on a hot summer day. I suggest LOTS of bug spray, expecially something good enough for horse flies. If you are planning on hiking the Vigilante Trail I suggest a lot of water and sun protection. Pay attention to the natural spring while walking the trail. Notice anything interesting about it? The Vigilante Camp ground is a good place for a picnic, but again look out for the bugs.
Park at: N 46 degrees 46.024, W 111 degrees 39.017 and walk .3 miles up main trail.
This cache should be easy enough to find. Look for the big tree that is dead at the bottom but green on top. Cache is a traditional army green ammo box.
