Wheel chair findable (with a little help)

Another one of those pesky little film containers. On Aug. 2nd 07, I changed the container to something a little more in tune with the area. I had this one laying around doing nothing but catching dust so, gotta put it to work. This cache is almost a 1/2-1/2 but they don't have anything less than 1 - 1 so have fun. Available 24 hours a day.

Owner maintenance on 10/7/10, however NO longer a film container, surely ya still don't need/want a hint!
