A short, no frills, get together, to trade some travel bugs and BS for a couple of hours. I can offer 2 to 1. See an explanation below. Called "Ragle Park" but on my map it said "Eagle Park". There is a picnic table in the shade at N35 38.556 W105 58.269. There is a playground structure a few feet away. Directions from Albuquerque: Take I-25 north to exit 282 (St. Francis Dr./Hwy 84/Hwy 285) and go north. Turn left on Zia Road. Turn left on Yucca St. Turn left into the parking area.
Hi,
This event would not be possible without the help of the most excellent geocacher, GPSaxophone. This is my second posted event of this type. The last one was really fun and only three people other than myself showed up on the actual date and location. Wanna trade some bugs? How does 4:00 PMish sound? I will be there by 3:30 PM. Why so late? My sister (JusMeLP) has a class till 4PM that day and would be very disappointed to miss out on the fun. Take the day to cache in Santa Fe! (Hey, that rhymed.) I would be happy to join you.
The Eastward run of The Great East-West, West-East, Travel Bug Migration of Aught Three is stopping in Santa Fe for about 4 days. I need some bugs to take back East to release in Texas.
I can offer 2 bug finds to 1 until I run out. Some have missions on the migration and will not be available to trade. I will trade bug for bug and give you an extra find on my personal TB Snoogatola. Snoogatola is now listed on the Travel Bug Top 10!!! Currently #7 with a bullet. Even if you don't have a bug to trade, you can still claim Snoogatola if you agree to a picture with him.
There will be a log book and you can read the entries from my previous event.
Bring your own food and drink and remember, CITO! I'm looking foreword to seeing you there............
