This is the Houses of Parliament of Hungary. This is a virtual cache. Virtual, because to the log, you need to upload a photo. Event, because of this: The Parliament is always under reconstruction, so there is always have scaffolding around it.
So, your task is, to take a picture from the coordinates about the Parliament. But, you have to be on the picture too. Moreover if I see any scaffolding on the photo. So, if you have the photo, log yourself and upload the picture. But if something is not correct, I will delete your log.
