This cache is located at Swallow Falls State Park. From Deep Creek Lake, take 219 South to Mayhew Inn Road and then take Oakland-Sang Run Road to Swallow Falls Road. Start from the main parking lot. The terrain is flat until just before you arrive at the cache, at which time there are some moderate slopes and small rocks to navigate.

The cache is contained in a medium-sized tupperware container with a large tan-colored lid. The original contents of the cache included:
Patrick O'Smiley travel bug, Lemonade flavored lip balm, Carabine keychain, Set of Jacks, Sunglass visor clip, tape measure, nail clippers, nail file, Glow-in-the-dark marble set, Kids sunglasses in case, Shark bottle-opener keychain, and mini-glow sticks.
