A short walk on a hillside in Greater Manchester.
Good views of the countryside around Bury as seen from the little known hamlet of Nangreaves.
Peel tower (named after the guy who started the police force) can be seen on a hillside opposite.
The best place to park is in the large car park of the superb local brewery/pub and walk about a quarter of a mile to the cache. The pub does not open until 7pm during weekday evenings but when it is open it always has half a dozen real ales on tap as well as good grub!
The cache is named after a brew created to support the local football team which went into administration a couple of years ago.
