Geocache Description:

Atherton Heights on Cooks Butte gives one a great panoramic view of the valley below and mountains beyond.

As with all of our caches there is ABSOLUTELY NO BUSHWHACKING or TRAILBLAZING NEEDED - and we ask that you respect the environment surrounding the cache and replace the cache as good as or better than you found it and PLEASE trade fairly. IF you are blazing a trail or bushwhacking YOU ARE GOING THE WRONG WAY. If you go to the end of the blacktop...you are going the wrong way. Thank You.

The container is a 2-gallon round container painted green.
There are some blackberry vines along the trail but should not cause a problem unless you over-eat the berries.
