Geocache Description:

South side of lake Monroe. You will need a float plane! Best place I've ever seen for a shore lunch.

This is a cache located very near Monroe lake in mid Ontario. Named in memory of our Dad and Grandfather, who would have loved to fish this place.

North out of Red Lake via float plane, this is a 15 minute flight. There is an outpost fishing camp here that is very reasonable. Check out www.loonhaunt.com and look for details about Monroe lake.

Cache is a folger's instant coffee bottle. Contents are just a few fishing lures, and the logbook.

P.S. Never fish the portage lakes without a landing net!
