Ain't Steelin' This One Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

MsKardiac: I'm sorry to have to archive this cache. Step one is definately there but unaccessable right now due to a bridge out. Step 2 has proven to be the difficulty here; I have been unable to get out and search for the proverbial needle in the haystack. The final will be checked on and made into its own self-standing cache as soon as I can confirm its security. Thanks everyone!

To the Seekers, This cache is a memorial to my two stolen caches... "Steelin" and "XMas".

On Jan. 3, 2004, this cache was re-launched. If you started working on this cache before, you'll have to start all over again as steps one and two have changed. Step one is in the same general vicinity as the old step one, less than 100 feet from the original spot.

Step two has also moved; it is now a lot closer to the original "Steelin". Don't look for an ordinary container.

Because of the whining I received from certain first find mongers you will no longer have to email me for the coordinates for step three. They are now contained within step two.

For step three, the only hint is that a very small, unmarked parking area is close to the final cache. Long pants, bug spray, and long sleeves will be required. When you see the fox’s hole, you are very close. Beware of thorns, poison ivy, poison oak, and generally bad brush. If you’re not wearing boots, you’re soaked up to the knees by now. Bushwhacking will be required!

This is my personal endeavor to ensure that our sport isn’t ruined by thieves and malcontents. Enjoying nature’s beauty should be promoted, not corrupted by vandals. Let’s all work together to eliminate cache thievery. Additional input to ensure cache safety would be greatly appreciated.

This cache initially contained: a Canadian pin, a Cleveland Cup, pens, a carry bag, a TB (CTC), a heart paper wt., magnets, batteries, a Canadian GeoCoin, and other goodies...

When you log your find, PLEASE...NO SPOILERS!!! Area pics are OK, but we are trying to stop people from stealing our caches! Let's work together here!! I'm sure we'll all be happier down the road...
