3Bees: Checked on this today. Rverything was where it was supposed to be but since we will be moving this summer and the final stage was very close to construction, we decided to archive it and give someone else a chance to put some caches in this really nice park.

Geocache Description:

Located in St. Johns City Park Trails. Nice trail system, trees labeled, benches along the way. Blue, yellow and red trails. Next to Clinton Co. Fairgrounds.

This cache is part of our 'M-21 Road Rage' series. We were enraged that there were no caches along M-21 from Ovid to Ionia!
The trail system was an Eagle Scout project of BSA Troop 72. Trails are mulched so terrain is pretty easy. No need to bushwack, trails will take you close to where you need to be.
First stage is a camo-ed AOL tin with coords for cache which is in an ammo box.
Park has a really great kids playscape called "Fantasy Forest". There is also a ball field, public swimming pool, pavilions, bathrooms. Park closes at dusk.
