ORIGINAL OWNER’S POST: This cache is named for our geo-dog Gypsy. She loves this trail. You will see nice streams with bridges, lots of wildlife. Trail is a bit steep in places. Round trip is 6 miles , so come prepared. Bring water and insect repellent. This hike is listed in "Walks and Rambles in RI". Instructions for an easy route back to the car are in the final cache (on first page of logbook and also fastened to container). There are 3 stages in all, first and second just give the next set of coordinates. Final cache is well stocked with goodies, including Weather Tracker TB. Parking is available at Breakheart Pond fishing area, follow RI RT165 to Frosty Hollow Rd, take right, follow to the end. Area is open to hunting, so please wear orange during hunting season.
