Geocache Description:

A fairly simple two-stage multi-cache dedicated to the first geocacher I met while out hunting for a cache. (Container reported to be 140ft south of my location.)

This is the first of what I hope will be a long series of geocaches based on the names of geocachers I have met while we were hunting the same cache. I met Tazitude at the end of the nearby, but now archived cache, "The end is just the Beginning", on the 23rd of March 2002. Since these are tribute caches I will be giving the people they are named after a one week head start before I post them so they will have a good chance of being the first to log their cache.

The coordinates of this cache should be a fairly easy to determine, unless you don't know anything about Looney Tunes cartoon characters. Anyone who is unable to answer the last question can e-mail me the answers to the other three and I will provide them with the name of the character. I gave this cache a difficulty rating of 2.5 because reception is very poor near the cache. (Based on reports from some previous finders you might want to try searching 0.030min south of my final coordinates.) Reception at the waypoint should be good. Your hunt will be along a wide dirt trail. The cache is a short distance off of the trail, but no real bushwacking is required.

When you reach the posted coordinates look for a cartoon featuring Tazitude's namesake. The cartoon is attached to a vertical man-made surface. You will need to look over and under something to see it. When you locate the cartoon answer the following simple questions.
a. How many panels does the cartoon contain?
b. How many different characters appear in the cartoon?
c. How many panels contain more that one character?
d. How many letters are in the first and last name of the only character in the last panel?

The cache is located at N47 22.[(a*bc)+4], W122 16.[(12*d)-1]

The original contents of the cache include the following new items: a Tasmanian Devil bumper car, a Marvin the Martian Easter Egg, and a candy squirt gun. I also included the following recycled item: a Garfield Pez dispenser from the "Meadowdale County Park" cache, a Red Robin figure from Portland's "Wilderness Park" cache, and a battery powered fan from the "See Me" cache.
