Geocache Description:

Spy Rock is another bluff located within the Ozark National Forest. There is a trail that runs from the Redding Campground for the ones who like to hike. But you can drive to the top by going pass Cass Job Corp and turning right on HWY 215 that goes towards Oark, Byrds Canoe Rentals, WolfPen Gap Campground & Redding Campground. It is just north, pass the bridge. As you travel down the road you will go pass Redding Campground and look for Morgan Mtn Road on the left hand side of the road. Travel UP the mountain to these coordinates N35.42.152/W-93.45.733 there is a small turn in you can park your vehicle at these coordinates; the trailhead is roughly 15 ft back towards the way you came, there is a sign marking the trail. Follow this out to the bluff known as Spy Rock. The view is somewhat blocked by trees, but there still is some pretty good views. BE CAREFUL STEEP DROP.

10/18/03 - Clemtreker placed the cache Spanish Treasure; this is a sister cache to Spy Rock. The legend of the Spanish Treasure is a unique and intersting story. Hope you enjoy both caches.
