Hi ya'll glad to see the cache is still active. I have moved to North Carolina, I will keep this cache active, I hope to be up visiting and check out my old friend. ***please note that "ThePetersPack" was very nice enough to help maintain my cache and it it now in a green ammo box. A big thank you to ThePetersPack and all who have helped keep the cache in such great shape! happy caching!

This cache is located in the beautiful Lynn Woods Reservation in Lynn MA. To get to the woods take rt. 129 east, exit 44b off 128/95, follow 129 east 3 miles and you will take a right onto Great Woods Road (n 42 deg. 29.586 w 070 deg. 58.669 wgs-84) plenty of parking in the lot.

This cache is located near the "wolf pits", which during the 17th century were used as traps for wolves which were a danger to the people and to the livestock. The remains of the wolf pits are still there today, keep your eyes open towards the end of the hike ( n 42 deg. 30.135 w 070 deg. 59.932 wgs-84). You can visit the friend's of Lynn Woods organization at "www.flw.org" and read more of the history of the wolf pits and the park, maps are also available on the website.

The cache is in a green ammo box, under a few rocks.

Inside the cache is a log book, 2 different Winthrop police patches, old puzzle box:), golf ball, laminated bartenders guide, mini screwdriver w/ clip and magnet, two frank castle ( that's me ) collector's cards to remember the cache, and whatever other people have left:)
