Geocache Description:

A short historical stop along a winding mountain road.

A quick drive-by in Rimforest. Park at the Forest Service station, and look out for traffic. Passed many times with nary a glance, this virtual expounds some of those who facilitated the early residents of the area. The Forest Service Visitor Center is rife with informtion about the area, and has cool Smokey the Bear stuff that can be left in other caches. To log the find, e-mail me with the date in the carved projectile point shape, or with the name of the developer. Signal strength can vary in the tall trees. AN ADVENTURE PASS IS NOT NEEDED.
