This is my first cache placement and should be an easy walk through the woods for most people along a paved trail with minor elevation change.
This is one of those neat areas that you come across when you discover that there is a trail in an area that you were not expecting. You can drive to within a couple of hundred feet of the cache but the closest parking is about a quarter mile away. Cache is a magnetized plastic container. If you have time, walk the trail up to the school and tour the grounds as there are some interesting and unexpected things to see.
