Sabre Springs Overlook Multi-Cache

An easy multicache and nice hike up in the hills overlooking Sabre Springs.
There are nice trails all the way up, so no bushwacking is required, although there might be some very light brush just past the Fence Post Waypoint. Some trail sections are a little steep, but kids should be okay if they've done some hiking before. The entire hike is about 2 miles round trip.
This is a 4 waypoint multicache where your next location is determined upon something at your current location. Solve each section and substitute the found value into the next coordinate to find the next waypoint. The clues are pretty simple, so it should be good for kids.
You should park at the location Parking Lot (below), a nice neighborhood park.
Waypoints are as follows:
Parking Lot: N 32 57.092, W 117 05.751
- An easy place to start
Playground: N 32 56.9x6, W 117 05.7x1
- Play in the sand if you want
Fence Post: N 32 56.y4y, W 117 05.722
- Head up the hill diagonally on your left to find the trail
Cache: N 32 57.116, W 117 05.2zz
- Congratulations! Log your find!
x = At the Parking Lot Waypoint, the number of places for swings on the swingset (in case some are in for repair) multiplied by two
y = At the Playground Waypoint, the number of squares in the large popular children's game
z = At the Fence Post Waypoint, the TOTAL number of locking rings around this end post
This is my first cache hide. The cache container is a 6" square Rubbermaid box. It appeared that there was a lot of foot traffic in the area, so I tried to hide it pretty well. Please leave it as you found it. The clue will help you pinpoint it if you're stuck.

Visited today to check up on my cache. Replaced the tuperware with a proper ammo box, move the cache just slightly to provide better cover, and updated the final coordinates a tiny bit.
