Geocache Description:

This is my first attempt at a cache. I wanted to do something a little out of the ordianry. Hence this mutil-virtual cache.
Spring Lake is a wonderful little communtiy in south Utah County. Nestled in the heart, is a beautiful lake. There is a lot of history in this area. To start out this short tour, you'll find the Spring Lake Villa (DUP #390) monument. Not far from this was the original settlment. From here let's go to the lake. Your next cooridinates are N40 00.330 W111 44.799. This will take you to our next stop, the Spring Lake - Picnic Grove, on the west side of Spring Lake. Across the street (SW) from this point is the old schoolhouse built in 1923. So small!?! And finally from the school house, go south down the road abt. 500' to the Black Hawk War Memorial. Lot's of history in a little area.
Take some time and enjoy the lake. The fishing is best in the morning. By midday most folks bring the family dog down for a swim. My lab loves it!
To claim this cache please email me the answers to the following questions.
1. What year was the Spring Lake Villa monument erected?
2. Who was the first constable?
3. At the Picnic Grove, what anniversary was this "gift to the community" dedicated?
4. What color of brick is the old schoolhouse built of?
5. What date did Black Hawk die?
6. What city/county did the Black Hawk War commence?
7. At the end of this war, what was the final cost ($)?

ENJOY! W420
