Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden in the Hard Labor Creek State Park. This cache has been reviewed by the Park Ranger and complies with the Georgia State Parks rules.

This cache was hidden during the 2nd annual OLA girl's night out weekend. OLA is the Our Lady of the Assumption School. The girls bring their dads camping each summer before school starts. The girls hid this cache full of kids stuff, so bring your kids.

While this park may be best known for its golf course, it also offers a wide range of recreational opportunities in a beautiful wooded setting. Trails are available for hikers and horseback riders, and a lakeside beach is open for swimming during warmer months. Hard Labor Creek is thought to have been named by who tilled summer fields or by Native Americans who found it difficult to ford.

The cache is hidden close to the trail, so don't leave the trail until you are right on top of it.. You also need to pay the standard $5.00 Georgia State Park parking fee.
