Near the MN Power Island Lake Dam
The cache is located just a short walk (1/4 mile or so) from the
dam on Island Lake. The dam regulates the water level of Island
Lake as well as the amount of water flowing down the Cloquet River
and eventually into the St. Louis River.This should be a quick
find.The area is open from 6am to 10pm.Please be aware of people
around the cache area. This is accessible by existing trails, if
you can find the correct trail.The container was stolen around the
end of August 2003, and replaced October 2003 in a location not too
far from the old one.
