Next to a little park near the river and railroad in Boonville, MO. If you're lucky you might see a train go past while you are there ... and it will be very close to the park.
Cache is a small, funny little container very close to, but outside the doggie park. . Should be an easy find--just a few steps down to get to it.
Sometimes there are lots of muggles with puppies here..SO USE A LITTLE STEALTH in your search so this one can stay put.

If you are a train fan you might just want to stick around until one comes by, as they do frequently. And you are close enough to get a great picture of a big old Santa Fe or Union Pacific diesel.
