Birds-n-View will take you away from the hawk-watching crowds to a more remote area.
Hawk Ridge is famous for its hawk migrations in the fall. On a good day in September, you can see thousands of hawks fly by. Eagles also fly by, but are more common later in the fall. It will take eagle eyes to spot your prey at this site! This cache is near another overlook that is used by a few hawk watchers and people who enjoy fall color. If you can find the right trail, a trail will take you within yards of the site, but there are many ways to get there – and many trails that will lead you away from the cache.
