Located 500 feet up a hill off of the highway. Between Sylvan lake and Custer, SD
This is our first cache! It is located behind a rock slab formation that overlooks a valley. It at times holds captive buffalo. I spent alot of time on this rock as a kid playing war, and having pine cone battles, and wanted to share the fun with other families who are passing by. The cache is marked by a piece of rose quartz that looks out of place where it is at.
Original contents include:
one key chain with 100 yen, 2 splash balls, 1 deck of cards,1 $clip, one pocket knife, 1 pr. of earings, 1$ token from the airport in Las Vegas,1 Disposable Camera (take a picture and leave it) and of course a log book.
