Park at the Hatch Run Gravel Parking Lot off of Hatch Run Road. Hike is uphill, either all at once up a dirt road, or gradually on a hiking trail.
Cross the small bridge by the kiosk. You can either follow the marked trail off of the dirt road on the left for a scenic (and longer) hike through the woods, or climb up on the dirt road to the place where the trail comes out.
Hike is about 1/2 mile on the trail, less on the road.
This is the first cache placed by Roman (7 yrs old). It is in a green ammo container.
Special thanks to the folks at the Conservation District Office for allowing us to place this cache, and for doing such a magnificent job of managing the Hatch Run site. This is the place that I caught my first fish (picture included). My wife calls it the $200 fish. (That's how much I spent on the gear that I bought to cach him). I have done better since.
