I rated this cache terrain a 1.5 because the steepness of the path. Not the length.

Coupeville is one of the oldest towns in Washington State, Come visit our charming town. Make sure you see Rosieon the wharf and eat Penn Cove mussels at Toby's. The cache is in an ammo box.
