A small cache and a big view!
On a clear day you can see all the way to Pt. Loma and beyond! (clear day is the key word here) There is a plaque telling you where things are in the distance.
It's a nice stop at the viewpoint that is most easily accessed going east on I-8. Elev. at cache 2930 ft.
Cache is a 35mm film canister.
UPDATE: We stopped by today to check on the cache. We took the Altoids due to rusteola disease, and left a film cannister. Coords are adjusted slightly.
UPDATE: 12/05/07 Stopped by and replaced the container today. It is now a camo'd M&M tube in the same spot.
