Geocache Description:

The cache is located close to the Lighthouse at Cape Ray on the south west coast of Newfoundland

Take the turn off to Cape Ray from the the TCH and drive to the lighthouse. The cache is hidden under some low bushes near the site of the the old wireless mast. This cache was placed during the the "Race to the Sea" relay race in which teams of runners ran between Cape Anguille via Cape Ray and Port aux Baques to Rose Blanche. I also placed a cache at Cape Anguille lighthouse.





This is one of the geocaching sites on the International Appalachian Trial, Newfoundland and Labrador, which passes near here.
