A neat old flagstone house that pre-dates Arizona statehood. North of Ashfork.
We were out scouting for elk and came upon this small peice of history. Not many houses this old are still standing in Arizona. Most I've come across are just piles of rubble. This on is on private property but on a public road. There are sign posted on both sides of the road.There is a large historical marker in front of it that has some details about this structure and a plea to treat with care. To receive credit, email me what this structure originally was and the name. Post Pictures if you take them.
