Geocache Description:

If you recognize this cache container your are right it was formerly the
Ghost Town Blue Bell Mine cache by DANTONIVS

The cache was archived August 31, 2003.
The mineshaft is caving in and the EPA will be doing some claen up work at the site.
It is a very unsafe place for a cache and for people to be there.

We felt that since this was one of the first caches placed in Utah that it should be replaced. The cache was originally place on June10, 2001 with a GC number of GCC04.

We are using the original container and contents with the permission of the previous owner DANTONVIS. The cache will now be located across town where geocachers can look over and see the old Blue Bell Mine.

In the original cache there was a clay token that was to be left in the cache. The token was still in the cache and we ask that you please do not remove this token. We have had this token put in plastic with a note stating where it was first placed.

Thank you DANTONVIS for a neat cache that we have enjoyed watching cachers go to and the stories they have left in the logs. This was our second cache that we found August 20, 2001. Thanks also for letting us replace this cache.

Please make sure that you put the cache back where you picked it up so that it is protected from the whether.
This is a hike to cache starting at N 39*57.288W112*07.776 This is not an ATV trail it only goes a short distance. High clearance vehicle recommended to get to the starting point of the hike.
