Multi-stage walking tour of Semiahmoo Spit.
Due to construction in the area of the initial coordinates, I have made some changes in the description and instructions. The cache is still located in the same place.
Park at the parking coordinates given. At the first waypoint, compute the coordinates for the 2nd waypoint as follows: Add 123 to the first half of the "WCC" number, and subtract the resulting number from the longitude. Add 63 to the last half of the "WCC" number, and add the resulting number to the latitude.
At the second waypoint, use the last two digits of the oldest date shown on the clue to give a direction, measured in degrees true, and use the ID number given as a distance measured in hundredths of a mile. Use this information to find the cache. Cache is a small camouflaged plastic container.
There is a park bench nearby where you can sit while you log your find.
