The Cache is aprox. 35 miles East of Prineville it is located off Road 200 after the junction with road 210 but before the road does a wye (Road 200 is off Forest Service Road 42 past Independent Mine Trailhead but before Big Summit Prairie)
The cache is a crystal lite container (about the size of a tennis ball tube). The cache contains a quarter, a minature army guy (the little green guys), a fishing fly through a piece of cardboard (so you don't cut yourself), a drink umbrella, and some pink octopus toy. If you can't locate it, I'll give you some hints.
Make sure to watch for the wild horses that sometimes move through the area
