Cache container is a one gallon clear plastic jar with a white lid. Original contents are: a purple teddy bear, a compass/thermometer zipper pull, a lobster necklace, a tire pressure gauge, a set of earphones, a flashlight, a tape measure, a multi tool, "Peanuts" playing cards, and a Mepps Black Fury lure. For the first to find it there is Pirate's treasure to be had! Please drop by when you get a chance.
UPDATE March 28, 2015 Original cache is now gone. I'm a bit surprised it lasted nearly 12 years. It has been replaced with a rectangular, 3.9 Litre, 29.5 x 23 x 8.4cm Lock & Lock plastic container. The new cache has been filled with a few new goodies as well for those who enjoy the give and take aspect. The hiding spot is the same as before however it has been filled in somewhat due to several floods over the years. So now it's a little easier to find and a little harder to conceal so your efforts in re-hiding it well after you're done with it will be appreciated.
UPDATE June 23, 2023 It's been nearly 20 years since I placed the first VB2 cache. It was time for s new start. I have placed a new Lock&Lock container (same as the last one) in the same spot. It is filled with new swag to trade for those who still do that. I will add a photo of the new container and the swag inside in my maintenance log. Please take care to re-hide the cache like you found it. Good luck!
