Daft Beginnings Traditional Cache
kbootb: Time to archive this one. I've been back 4 times to repair it and not been able to get near it for muggles.
The area has become very popular lately and I doubt it can be retrieved with the stealth required.
Archiving this clears the area for someone to find a more suitable place.

I have moved this cache. I went to exchange the container for a ammo tin today and the wildlife has woken up! To preserve the wildlife (albeit just thorns and nettles), I have changed the location of the cache although it is not too far from where it was!
This is the canal that myself and my sisters used to love walking along as children. I took my toddler niece at one point and she was amazed at the boats and the locks. Do take some bread as there are hungery ducks and swans there.
The cache is in an alcove off of the tow path. There is more than one way to get to it. Either from the tow path (I went this way wearing shorts and will be bathing in TCP tonight!!!! You have been warned). The easier way is to go up the slope to the bridge and walk behind the black and white barrier. This way is great if you have young kids and two adults as you cannot get into the cache with a stroller. You can, however, enjoy the cache from the bridge side of the barrier if someone else retrieves it.
