kayakcachers: Sorry to hear about the destruction of the Little River Cache. The first note regarding this was posted while we were out of the country--sorry for the delay in archiving.

We'll try to reinstate the cache when we are able, but it might be awhile as we now have a mini-cacher in the family.

Geocache Description:

The Little River runs by Wolfe Neck Farm and Recompence Campground.

***Careful! Rocks can be slippery with muddy shoes and mud can be knee-deep at low tide!***
Parking (for cars or kayaks) is available on either side of the bridge. Please stay on worn paths or durable surfaces.

Lowest tide: bad by boat.
Highest tide: bad by foot.
From the north cross the moat.
From the south trip on a root.
Stand on the ledge not stuck in the mud.
Look away from the edge to the cows chewing their cud.
Bark and leaves, they do mind
The treasure cache you seek to find.
