A King's Ransom Multi-Cache

WGA2: I noticed that this cache has remained temporarily disabled for a period of time well in excess of the period of ‘a few weeks’ as contemplated by the cache guidelines published on Geocaching.com. For now, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact me at the below e-mail address when you have the cache repaired, and assuming it still meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

WGA Cache of the Month February 2004

In the style of the old "choose your own adventure" books this cache gives you choices at each waypoint as where to go next. Each waypoint has a small story hidden in a 35mm film canister. There are mulitple finals for this cache. The winning final is a regular ammo can painted brown. The losing finals are 35mm film canisters with the words "You are dead" on the page within.
The year is 1522 and the king of your land, King Gottagarmin, has been kidnapped. The kidnappers have placed a 10,000 gold-piece ransom on the king’s head. The king’s advisors, unwilling to pay such an outrageous amount, have decided to offer a reward of 10 silver pieces to whomever returns him safely to the throne.
You, being a skilled alchemist and master swordsman, have been summoned to rescue him. The hunt for the king will require stamina, courage, wit, and most of all, luck!
Are you up to the challenge? Will you prevail or will you be killed? Go now and find your king!!!!
