Erie County's Isle View Park is a popular Niagara River destination. Located in Tonawanda NY, the park follows a portion of Western New York's Riverwalk pathway. Geocaches ERIE'S END and Olmstead #5 can be found along The Riverwalk. Down river, a pedestrian bridge connects Niwanda Park to Isle View Park. Both parks are open year round with free admission. On a typical summer day, Isleview will be filled with activities such as: boat launching, scuba diving, roller blading, biking, fishing, pets walking their owners, sunbathing, and people watching.
At the entrance to Isleview notice the clock tower. Climb up to the top. Imagine yourself as an official overseeing the hydroplane races that regularly occurred on the river several years back.
In the park, you can park within .2 Mi. from the cache.
